John Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a concentration in appraisal and finance. Mr. Ryan has worked on many property types including agricultural, commercial, industrial, eminent domain, and conservation easements. John holds the license of Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with the State of California.

All appraisal course work and continuing education has been completed through the Appraisal Institute and the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. John is also a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Ryan spends time away from work trying to lower his golf handicap.

Robin Thompson is the Executive Assistant for John Ryan. Robin is instrumental to the Ryan Appraisal Team handling all office management, appraisal report publication and all day to day business matters.

When not working, Robin enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters camping, hiking and boating in our beautiful state.
